Municipal election early voting begins April 24, election day May 6

The City of Mansfield Municipal Election is set for Saturday, May 6, with two city council places on the ballot.

Candidates for the Mansfield City Council are:

Voters in the Mansfield Independent School District will also cast ballots for board trustees as well as a bond proposal.

Early voting begins Monday, April 24, through Tuesday, May 2. Early voting times are:

  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, April 24-28
  • 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 29
  • 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 30
  • 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Tuesday, May 1-2

Registered voters may cast their ballots at any of the Tarrant County early voting locations. There will be five early voting locations in Mansfield:

  • J.L. Boren Elementary, 1401 Country Club Drive
  • Danny Jones Middle School, 4500 E. Broad St.
  • Mansfield ISD Center for the Performing Arts, 1110 W. Debbie Lane
  • Mansfield Sub-Courthouse, 1100 E. Broad St.
  • Mansfield City Hall, 1200 E. Broad St. (Johnson and Ellis County voters only)

Mansfield voters in Johnson County who are also in the Mansfield ISD will early vote for the school board trustee and bond election at Annette Perry Elementary, 1261 S. Main St. in Mansfield on the follow schedule:

  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 24-27 and May 1-2
  • 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. April 28-29

Polls will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, Saturday, May 6.

For City of Mansfield registered voters residing in Tarrant County, voting location is determined by precinct number:

  • Precincts 2033, 2360, 2614, 2618, and 2643 will vote at Mansfield Sub-Courthouse, 1100 E. Broad Street.
  • Precincts 1034, 2221, 2258, 2308, 2355, 2357, and 2636 will vote at Donna Shepard Intermediate School, 1280 FM Road 1187.
  • Precincts 2426, 2435, 2524, 2548, and 2645 will vote at J.L. Boren Elementary School, 1401 Country Club Drive.

City of Mansfield registered voters residing in Ellis and Johnson counties will vote for the city council election at Mansfield City Hall, 1200 E. Broad Street and the MISD elections at Annette Perry Elementary, 1261 S. Main St.

  • Precinct 101 (Ellis County) Precincts 8, 35 (Johnson County)
